If you want to send something back to us for repair, please request a repair ticket in the form below.
Please read the instructions below very carefully:
- Please fill in the request form below as complete as possible in english!!.
- After sending you will receive an email with a service request registration number (SRR#)
- Please print this email ticket and include it in the package.
- Send the materials to the adress in the ticket.
- After receiving and investigating the materials, we send you our findings and a cost estimate within 4 weeks.
- If you agree with the cost estime please print, sign and fax the costestimate to us.
- When you don't agree with the cost estimate or if there is no problem found, you can recieve the materials back. We then have to charge investigation and transport costs.
